A long maturation, typical of the style, gives to Cotta 40 a soft and dense foam and cool sensations of freshly baked bread and cut grass. A beer with an easy and spontaneous drinkability, because it is balanced and genuine: it is impossible to drink just one glass of it!

Made in ltaly with the bottom fermentotion method, it is the bottom-fermented beer of Mastri Birrai Umbri, brewed according to the traditional recipe of the Bavarian Keller Pils. But its soul is entirely ltalian, because the ingredients used to make it are all from the Farchioni fields, in Umbria, or from ltalian certified companies carefully selected by us.
