Umbria Beer Fest: an inauguration to remember

Big success for the Umbria Beer Fest, the event with which Mastri Birrai Umbri opened up the doors of its universe for the opening of its new brewery.

The undisputed centre of attraction on the weekend of 15th to 17th June was the exploration of the taste of real Italian craft beer.

The figures speak for themselves: 2,200 litres of beer drawn, nearly 600 photos taken in the photo-booth, and over 4,000 people recorded during the three days of the Fest.

With tastings, conferences on the world of beer and guided tours of the brewery, visitors were able to get a close-up view of Mastri Birrai Umbri and the genuineness of its short supply chain.

Equally important for the success of the event were the unforgettable Giò Sada & Barismoothsquad concert, the music contest (in which the Foligno band Secondo Modo triumphed), street artists Luogo Comune, who produced a unique live performance on the wall of the brewery, the magic show by Mago Silvan and the incredible pirouettes of the Trevi acrobatics troupe.
